Making process of traditional tofu, shot at a small tofu factory located in Taipei, Taiwan. The factory runs by one man and he was kind enough to let me hang around while he does his thing at 2AM in the morning, big thanks to him. It's interesting to find a place like this in the city, and it was a pleasure watching the whole process of making tofu, traditional

 

城市裡的小角落，豆香四溢的凌晨四點鐘
感謝老板不介意工作的時候被我打擾
台北市還有在手工做豆腐的店家已經少之又少
沒想到在和平東路上就有這麼一間小小的 “一人豆腐工廠”
去的太晚沒有拍到最前面豆花的制作有點可惜
我想老板大概是從12點就開始工作，一直到天亮吧
記得那天早上去上班時，我的鼻子裡都還是滿滿的豆腐香～
